On September 28th, WiSER brought everyone together on ZOOM for a financial literacy workshop, and the turnout was fantastic! Hosted by executive member Mohana and presented by Dr. David Das, the session was made for grad students and early-career professionals who want to feel less stressed about money. Attendees got a beginner-friendly tour of budgeting as a grad student, using credit wisely, and investing for the long run, and the workshop ended with a discussion on a plan for working toward financial freedom.
